For an annual fee of $1500.00, parents and up to four children can enjoy our Visionary Family Plan:

All of the above plus:

• Ability to schedule the whole family during a block of time

• Preferred access during school vacations

• Screening for computer vision syndrome and electronic device-related dry eye
